Magistrate Court

     Andrew Francis Donovan, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to maximum group axle weight violation and maximum gross weight violation. He was fined a total of $1,025 plus court costs. He had an additional charge of maximum group axle weight violation, dismissed.

     Damien Kyree Marshun Wade, Hiawatha, pleaded guilty to speeding, no valid driver’s license, and failure to use child restraint device. He was fined a total of $550 plus court costs.

     Trenton Douglas McCleary, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Timothy Paul Foster, Monticello, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Tracy Bernard Fleming, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Patricia Ann LaMere, Monticello pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Scott Douglas Dirks, Hopkinton, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $105 plus court costs.

     Caleb Scott Anderson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Norman J. Hansen, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to interference with official acts. A non-jury trial is set for July 28.

     Nash Randall Brown, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to violation of a no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for July 21.

     Kortney Roxanne Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for July 21.

     Jeffrey Allen Collins, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to interference with official acts. No court date was set.

     Valerie Lynn Yeisley, Anamosa, was cited for allowing dog to run at large. A court date is set for July 21.

     Christopher Michael and Molly Faye Crowley, Olin, were found guilty of keeping livestock in city limits without permission. They were ordered to remove the livestock.
