Magistrate Court

     Reginald Blade Welter, Monticello, was found guilty of failure to obey traffic control device. He was fined $135 plus court costs.

     Samuel Matthew Hess, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $55 plus court costs.

     Edgar Martinez Nunez, North Liberty, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $30 plus court costs.

     Cassy Jolynn Caes, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance and driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. She was fined a total of $575 plus court costs.

     Leonard Shermell Swanagan, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Nancy Sullivan, Colesburg, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. She was fined $150 plus court costs. Sullivan was also ordered to pay victim restitution in the amount of $270.88.

     Andrew Philip Thomas, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Noah Frederick Williams, Monticello, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Jason Dean Holubar, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to two counts of violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. No court date was set.

     Kelly Marie Lloyd, Monticello, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Lori Lynne Swain, Anamosa, was cited for 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for Aug. 4.

     Jennifer Sue Shoaff, Olin, pleaded guilty to violation of social host ordinance. She was fined $500 plus court costs.
