Magistrate Court

     Phillip Eugene Barnes, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined a total of $385 plus court costs.

     Eric Thomas Paul Clark, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway. He was fined a total of $780 plus court costs.

     Dustin Donald Harms, Olin, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Levi Gene Carpenter, Tipton, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Rachel Anne Stigen, Olin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 15.

     Brandi Ann Davis, Monticello, pleaded guilty to two counts of 5th degree theft. She was fined a total of $210 plus court costs.

     Devanie Rae Olivarez, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Ramon Jordan Arballo, Monticello, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $105 plus court costs. He had a charge of 5th degree theft, dismissed.

     Caleb Joseph Lee Weber, Springville, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft and 5th degree criminal mischief. He was fined a total of $210 plus court costs.

     Nash Randall Brown, Anamosa, was found guilty of violation of no-contact order. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined court costs. Twenty-three days were suspended, and Brown was placed on probation for one year.

     Stephen Robert Haupt, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense. A bench trial is set for Sept. 8.

     Christopher Jay Hall, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to interference with official acts and 5th degree criminal mischief. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 29.

     Angela Marie Brown, Anamosa, was cited for disorderly house. A court date is set for Sept. 7.

     Michaela L. DeVaney, Monticello, was charged with public impairment. A court date is set for Sept. 8.

     Anthony Ryan Nichols, Cedar Rapids, was cited for dog running at large. A court date is set for Sept. 8.

     Darrin Lee Byers, Oxford Junction, was cited for animal at large. A court date is set for Aug. 25.
