Magistrate Court

     Keirston Free Peterson, Lisbon, was found guilty of no insurance and driving while license is denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. She was fined a total of $925, and was ordered to pay $1,500 in victim restitution.

     Bennie Benzel Robinson, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license is denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Nathan Tyler Dietiker, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license is denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked and an amended charge of speeding. He was fined a total of $280 plus court costs.

     Aaron Ryan Edson, Anamosa, was found guilty of no valid driver’s license. He was fined $260 plus court costs.

     Scott Everett Reed, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to improper light on bicycle. He was fined $35 plus court costs.

     Amy Sue Bradley, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no seatbelt. She was fined $70 plus court costs.

     Jason Allen Hand, Anamosa, was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior and interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 4.

     Calvin Donell Williams, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Verle Scott Masterhan, Central City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $250 plus court costs.

     Lonnie Ray Eilers, Monticello, pleaded guilty to two counts of 5th degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined a total of $210 plus court costs. He had a charge of 4th degree theft, dismissed.

     Jeffrey Allen Collins, Monticello, pleaded guilty to contempt. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to three counts of contempt. He was sentenced to 14 days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Jeffrey Craig Abbott, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Nathan Andrew Lamere, Monticello, was charged with violation of a no-contact order. A bench trial is set for Oct. 6.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, was charged with violation of a no-contact/protective order. A bench trial is set for Oct. 6.

     Donald Richards III, Cedar Rapids, was charged with violation of a no-contact/protective order. A bench trial is set for Oct. 27.

     Jacci Nichole Usher, Monticello, was cited for 5th degree theft. A court date is set for Oct. 27.

     Elijah James Pavin, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Levi Mathew Welker, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. He was fined $250 plus court costs. He also pleaded not guilty to public intoxication. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 3.

     Alisin Marie Scofield, Anamosa, was arrested for obstruction of emergency communications and interference with official acts. No court date was set.
