Magistrate Court

     Austin Dean Brokaw, Fontanelle, was found guilty of driving/towing unsafe vehicle and driving while license was denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined a total of $385 plus court costs.

     Savannah Faynet Lannom, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to minor using tobacco/vapor product 2^nd offense. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $135 plus court costs.

     Kiara Mibeth Rodriguez Claudio, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Todd Duane Moore, Anamosa, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Juana P. Matom Perez, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Brad Allen Levsen, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to violation of a no-contact order. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Amy Renee Tow, Anamosa, was cited for trespassing. A court date is set for Oct. 20.
