Magistrate Court

     Glenn Allan Anderkey, Waterloo, was found guilty of improper light on bicycle. He was fined $35 plus court costs.

     Brendan Theodore Pasker, Monticello, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $55 plus court costs.

     Jaelyn Alana Graver, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to speeding. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 29.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Kianta Douushoun Davis, North Liberty, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Hannah Louise Cowman, Marion, pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. She was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Michael Allen Huedepohl, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 2.

     Tavian Rene Schuster, East Dubuque, Ill., pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Valerie Lynn Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to violation of compulsory education mediation agreement 1^st offense. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 5.

     Torrie Lynn Schoon, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 5.

     Loretta Kay Clary, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to abandonment of cats and dogs and animal neglect. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 5.

     Matthew DeWayne Regan, Belle Plaine, was charged with failure to maintain control. No court date is set.
