Magistrate Court

     Andrew Charles Feltes, Springville, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Doran Rupe, Kalona, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Travis Andrew Hanken, Wills Point, Texas, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs and victim restitution.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to two counts of contempt-violation of no-contact/protective order. He was sentenced to 14 days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Jacob Michael Richard Poduska, Olin, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault. He was fined $105 plus court costs.
