Magistrate Court

     Dakota David Clark, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to careless driving, reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident-failure to provide aid/info. He was fined a total of $260 plus court costs.

     Michael Dean Wilson, Clear Lake, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Sarah Jovon Pasker, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Bennie Benzel Robinson, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Nicklaus Ryan Clark, Hopkinton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for April 20.

     Nicholas Scott Coulson, Dubuque, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for April 20.

     Timothy Gerald Null, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Brian Charles McNeal, Olin, was charged with contempt-violation of no-contact order. A bench trial is set for April 27.

     Austin Lynn Carstensen, Mechanicsville, was charged with registration violation. No court date was set.
