Magistrate Court

   Dale Allen Baker, Anamosa, was found guilty of no valid driver’s license and lights of improper color. He was fined a total of $290 plus court costs.

   Jeffery Allen White, Morley, was found guilty of no insurance. He was fined $325 plus court costs.

   Brendan Michael Koppes, Monticello, pleaded guilty to person under 21 using tobacco/vapor product 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined a total of $175 plus court costs.

   Makayla Maylynn Branch, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $325 plus court costs.

   Eric Daniel Luchtenburg, Anamosa, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Ashtin James Liebel, Anamosa, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

   William Lowell Foster, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Cassandra Marie Luzum, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Michael Glenn Postell, Grand Mound, was charged with interference with official acts. No court date was set.

   Kyle D. Schnitzler, Mount Caroll, Ill., pleaded not guilty to two counts of 5th degree fraudulent practices and two counts of 5th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for June 29.

   Valerie Lynn Yeisley, Anamosa, was found guilty of violation of compulsory education mediation agreement 1st offense. She was fined $60 plus court costs.

   Derek Johannes George Broerze, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Rainy Day Bedenbender Feddersen, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree harassment. A non-jury trial is set for July 6.

   Jaryan Jonquiche Cockroft, Eldridge, was charged with providing false identification information. No court date was set.

   Susan Jean Crosby, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to violating City of Anamosa Nuisance Ordinance/ a non-jury trial is set for June 8.
