Magistrate Court

   Norbert M. Hunt, Monticello, was found guilty of no seatbelt. He was fined $70 plus court costs.

   Raymond Calvin Wasson, Rifle, Colo., was found guilty of fraudulent use of registration and no valid driver’s license. He was fined a total of $520 plus court costs.

   Eric John Steve, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to speeding, no insurance, and driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. He was fined a total of $695 plus court costs.

   Jose Roberto Hernandez, Green Bay, Wis., pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $55 plus court costs.

   Clayton Leroy Kirkpatrick, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to person under 21 using tobacco/vapor product 1^st offense. He was fined $70 plus court costs.

   Gerardo Gonzalez Gomez, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic control device. He was fined $135 plus court costs.

   Deshawn Jamar Thomas, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Yohel Mareno Rosas, Olin, was arrested for interference with official acts. No court date was set.

   Bradley John Merfeld, Monticello, was found in violation of City of Monticello Code of Ordinances. A court date is set for Jan. 25.
