Magistrate Court

   Titus B. Visisel, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance, failure to yield upon entering through highway, and no valid driver’s license. He was fined a total of $1,045 plus court costs.

   Matthew Lennox Fitzgerald, Olin, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Kortney Roxanna Liebel, Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Benjamin John Smith, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Michael Rosson, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

   Rainy Day Bedenbender Feddersen, Anamosa, was found guilty of 3^rd degree harassment. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. She was fined court costs.

   Charles Raymond Vanwinkle, Solon, pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact order. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs. He had a charge of domestic assault, dismissed.

   Brandon Samuel Proctor, Aurora, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. Sentence and fine are pending.

   Victoria Ann Mills, Olin, pleaded guilty to filing a false report-911. She was fined $105 plus court costs.
