Sheriff's Report

     A car versus deer accident took place on April 10 at 7:05 a.m. on Highway 151. Samuel Jackson McCarville, 21, of Walker was driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla when he encountered a deer in the roadway. No injuries were reported. McCarville’s vehicle sustained approximately $3,000 in damages.

     A single-vehicle rollover accident took place on April 12 at 12:28 a.m. on County Road E-17. Matrix Kiehl Butch Jisko, 23, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., was driving a 2009 Ford Ranger eastbound when he hit a washboard on the roadway. His truck turned sideways, went off the road, and entered the north ditch where it rolled over onto its side. The truck came to rest on all four tires. No injuries were reported. Jisko’s vehicle sustained approximately $8,000 in damages.

     A car versus deer accident took place on April 2 at 11:51 p.m. on Highway 151. Robert Jack Fader, 45, of Anamosa was driving a 2009 Honda Fit when he encountered a deer in the roadway. No injuries were reported. Fader’s vehicle sustained approximately $1,500 in damages.
