Steve Bradley listens to and represents Iowans

To the Editor,

   Steve Bradley was the state legislator in the Iowa House of Representatives for a portion of Jones County during this last legislative session. Because of redistricting, Steve now has the opportunity to represent all of Jones County. I would like to see that happen.

   Although Steve Bradley was not my state representative, he represented me well. For over 25 years my wife and I have had a small business. This past year, the state changed the withholding tax reporting process. I had a very simple question but had an extremely difficult time finding an answer through the new system. I contacted the Iowa Department of Revenue four times and received no response. I mentioned my frustration to Steve Bradley and to my surprise, one hour later, he said, “I have an inquiry into the Governor’s office.” Three days later, I received a written response to my question from the Department of Revenue.

   When we vote Nov. 8, we want to select someone who will listen to us and represent our interests and concerns at the state level. Steve Bradley has proven he can do just that. I strongly urge you to join me in casting your vote for Steve Bradley.
